The photographic narrative THE METEOR is the result of a collaboration between filmmaker François Delisle and photographer Anouk Lessard. This narrative later became the starting point for the film of the same name. Initially, Delisle was to draw inspiration and write a text based on instant photos that Lessard captured spontaneously with a Polaroid camera. Starting with five images, Delisle immediately imagined characters and built a story in the form of confessions. Thus, this story took shape through freedom and unpredictability, unfolding with each new Polaroid. Eventually, the idea for a film naturally emerged. Made in Quebec.
